• Why isn't my download links in my account on the web site?
Since we changed our website provider the download delivery system has changed. You will receive your download links via e-mail, please archive these if you
need to re-download the title for any reason in the future. If you misplace the download link or do not receive it via e-mail get in touch with us and we will generate new links for you.
We highly recommend backing up all your downloaded files on a regular basis.
• I can't un-zip the archive to get the files?
Make sure you have the .zip utility to decompress the archive this is a well known utility for all computer platforms and can be found free to download on the web.
Also check that you have the .zip prefix at the end of the file in rare occasions we have seen after it is download this will be erased.
• Why can't I get back in my account or I lost my password?
Use our Lost Password page to have your password emailed that you registered with. Your email address is the login.
• I ordered the wrong file format, how do I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch with us from the Contact Us tab on the bottom right of the site and we will get back to you within 24 hours and help you resolve the problem.
• How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the email newsletter list?
We use Constant Contact when you receive the newsletter there is a subscribe/unsubscribe button on the bottom of the newsletter.

• Physical Disc Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS, inside the continental United States we offer USPS and UPS you will see the different
services and prices at checkout Please Note physical discs can take up to 7 days to delivery.
