Magnificent release. With DSD256 release I was simply amazed! Extra dynamic depth compared to the normal DSD64, extra clarity - sonics all 'n all huge improvement! The DSD256 release gives almost the reality as if you were there and listen to the orchestra. A must buy for your classic collection.
This is a swinging Latin date with lots of percussion punctuating the beat. Rudy knew how to makes vibes ring out (Bobby Hutcherson on Out to Lunch and his numerous other sessions) and Tjader gets the same treatment. Claire Fisher's piano and organ is the secret ingredient in this session that pulls it all together. This is a fun swinging album with lots of charm very well recorded.
I note a very good sound recording. . The sound image is 3D increased and real with a very good stereophonic spatiality. It's a very warm album about the stamps of the different instruments. The artistic work is magnificent, living like the live concert.
