The Jazz played in this album is on the light side, in my opinion, but not to be disregarded. The original tape is described to be a two-track stereo source. Notwithstanding it does sound quite good, well balanced sonically and with decent dynamic range. For your reference I played the 96 kHz/24 bit PCM files via a DVD-Audio/Video built at home, and on an Oppo BDP-103 with a Marantz MM-7025 stereo amp.
